Proposals scheduled in connection with the Flag Day of the Finnish Defence Forces shall be sent by 1 March and those scheduled in connection with the Independence Day by 1 September.

Sending of propositions:

Completed and signed proposals for decorations must be sent to the Chancery of the Order of the Cross of Liberty as a paper document or in electronic form.
